WHAT CAN I DO?

To find those tell tale signs of breast cancer, you need to poke regularly around your nipples and your pecs (short for ‘Pectoralis Major’ chest muscles) and we decided that we would rename that exercise so it is specifically related to you guys.

Instead of using the word 'breasts' we are going to use in its place the word 'pecs'

Pecs Self-Examination (PSE)
By regularly examining your pecs you will become more aware of how your pecs should normally look and feel. You will be more likely to notice irregular changes which could be early signs of cancer. If you see or feel a change in your pecs, then see your doctor immediately.
